Terms of Sale- Any sight unseen purchase made by mail order may be returned within 15 days of our shipping date for refund. Any item examined before being purchased has no return privilege. We guarantee prompt refunds on any items returned or out of stock. We require all payments for items that are to shipped outside North America be made in Cash. All special prices are limited to available stock. There is no return option on bullion or bullion-related items such as gold or silver bars or anything else in which the price is based on its precious metal content.

Grading- Our coins are graded accurately and conservatively, and we take care to describe any special details so that you may have a complete picture of the coin.

Ebay Auction Items- Ebay Postage rates are $4.00 for the first coin and $1.00 for each additional coin on the same invoice, the maximum shipping charge per invoice is $12.00.

I do not know any other way to say this. Please include the email address that you use at ebay. Failing to do this will delay your order by at least a week. I will personally guarantee this delay by putting your inadequate contact information and invoice on the bottom of a rather large pile.

Ebay items can be shipped internationally, however different terms apply, please see the terms below.

International Shipping

To our friends and customers around the globe. We have just recently begun to ship outside the United States on a regular basis in an effort to expand our service abilities. As this is a new, full time, endeavor there may be some slight to significant changes in the costs and restrictions as package carriers and insurers make changes and force these changes on us.

Below is the current list of countries that we cannot or will not ship or merchandise to. There will be no exceptions for the countries listed. This list will be updated from time to time so please double check the list before placing any bids. Bidders that bid on and win any item(s) and then provide an address to a prohibited country will receive instantaneous negative feedback and I will do all of the ugly things necessary to recover my eBay fees.

To our Western European customers. The United States Postal Service has developed a few new rules that may require us to include a copy of your invoice along with the customs forms. This is hardly the level of privacy that we would like to provide for you. We will make every attempt at keeping your business with us as private and discreet as possible.

$10.00 for orders up to $100.00

$15.00 for orders from $100.00 to $500.00

Other Nations

$16.00 for orders up to $100.00

$25.00 for orders from $100.00 to $500.00

There is a $500.00 limit per package.

Extremely important points to understand about our merchandise and international shipping.

Every country has its own import restrictions. It is up to you, the buyer, to know and understand your counties import laws.

The United States has export rules on what may be exported and to what country. See the " USPS " link below.

Although the items that you wish to buy may be shipped to your country, there may be huge importation fees, duties or customs fees which you, not us, have to pay in order to get your package. You should check and understand your country's importation laws for specific prohibitions and/or customs fees. You, the buyer, has to pay any and or all of these fees if any.

To see what the United States Post Office does not allow us to export to your country, go to the USPS website and select your country, then press the continue button. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select to examine and study each of the two items labeled Prohibitions and Restrictions. Those prohibited items and restrictions are products that the United States cannot or will not allow us to ship to your country. If an item has a restriction requiring a license or permit, your bidding is a statement that you possess the necessary documents to receive the item(s) that you are bidding on.

You assume all responsibility!

If you do order from us, you are entirely responsible for ensuring your country allows you to import any items you may order and also for ensuring that the United States allows us to export such items to you. If your package is lost, stolen or seized by customs, you assume all responsibility. If you are an international buyer, please be aware that you must pay any and all local duties and fees, to the proper official(s), prior to your being able to receive the product you have ordered. If you refuse to pay the local charges after shipment, your local customs authorities or other agency, may impound the product until all fees have been paid. We cannot refund the purchase price of products that are unable to be returned due to local customs authorities seizing the product for non-payment of local importation fees.

Another possibility for shipping auction items won at eBay is to have them shipped to a trusted friend or relative here in the United States. They can mail it to you along with other items they have for you, saving you some shipping cost. They may bring them along when they go to visit you in your country. You may pick then up yourself from your trusted friend or relative when you visit them here in this country. I will only take secure payments, Cash or Gold , when shipping an international order to U.S. addresses. No Exceptions.

Sending cash can be risky until it reaches our office. If you do not trust the postal services involved with your cash, please do not expect us to trust them with our merchandise.
